Web Design
How long does a new website take to build?
A standard five-page WordPress or AI-built site is usually live within five to ten working days. Larger sites with custom functionality, online stores or bilingual content typically run two to four weeks. We can deliver a working first draft within 48 hours and iterate from there.
Do you build on WordPress or custom AI stacks?
Both. WordPress with Elementor Pro remains our default for content-heavy marketing sites because it is open-source, SEO-friendly and easy to hand over. For dashboards, portals, marketplaces and apps that need real interactivity we build on modern AI stacks - React, TanStack Start and Lovable Cloud.
Who owns the website at the end?
You do. We register the domain in your name, hand over hosting credentials, WordPress admin access and the full source code repository. There is no vendor lock-in and you can move providers at any time.
Do you offer hosting, email and ongoing maintenance?
Yes. Hosting includes cPanel, daily backups, professional email accounts and free SSL on fast servers in Singapore. Maintenance plans cover plugin updates, security patches, performance tuning, content updates and SEO monitoring on a monthly retainer.
Do you work with clients outside Pattaya?
Yes. While the studio is based in Pattaya and we work face-to-face with local clients across Chonburi, Bangkok and Phuket, we also deliver remotely for clients across Thailand, Southeast Asia, the UK, Europe, the US and Australia. We have business accounts in GBP, EUR, USD, AUD and SGD to remove transfer costs.
Will my site rank on Google and AI search?
Every site we build ships with technical SEO in place - clean semantic HTML, schema.org structured data, sitemap.xml, robots.txt, fast Core Web Vitals and on-page optimisation. We also build for AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity so your brand stays visible as search evolves.
AI & AI-First Design
What is AI-first web design?
AI-first means we use AI tools throughout the process - research, copy drafts, image generation, code scaffolding, QA - to ship better sites faster. You still get a hand-crafted result; AI just removes the busywork so we spend more time on strategy, design and detail.
Do you use AI to write the copy?
We use AI to draft, restructure and tighten copy, then edit every line by hand for tone, accuracy and brand voice. Nothing ships as raw AI output. If you'd rather supply your own copy, that's fine too.
Are the images AI-generated?
Sometimes. We use AI image generation for hero visuals, textures and concept work, alongside photography and licensed stock. We always disclose AI imagery on request and avoid it for anything that needs to depict real people, places or products.
What is Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO)?
GEO is SEO for AI answer engines - ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude. We structure your content, schema and citations so AI tools can quote your site as a source, not just rank it in a list of blue links.
Will my site rank in ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews?
We can't guarantee rankings in any engine, but we build sites with the technical foundations AI crawlers reward: clean semantic HTML, structured data, fast Core Web Vitals, clear authorship, and quotable, fact-dense content.
Is my data safe when you use AI tools?
Yes. We use paid, business-tier AI accounts with data-retention controls and never paste client passwords, customer data or confidential material into public AI chats.
Hosting & Email
Where are the servers located?
All sites are hosted in a Google Cloud datacentre in Singapore on fast SSD storage with free SSL, HTTP/2 and a global CDN in front for low-latency delivery across Thailand and worldwide.
What's included with hosting?
cPanel access, free SSL certificates, professional email accounts on your domain, 7-day offsite backups, malware scanning, PHP version control and direct human support from the team that built your site.
How do backups work?
We run automatic daily backups stored offsite for 7 rolling days. Restores are free and handled by us - just email or LINE us and we'll roll the site back.
Can I use my existing domain or email?
Yes. We can migrate an existing site, point an existing domain, or set up new email accounts on your domain. Migrations from other hosts are usually free.
Can I use remote email servers?
Yes. You can run your email on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or other providers. We'll configure DNS and liaise with your IT support if needed.
What happens if my hosting payment is late?
If hosting fees aren't paid by the due date, your account may be temporarily suspended until the balance is settled. If your account is in good standing you can transfer to another provider at any time with no exit fee.
Domains
Who owns the domain?
You do. We register every domain in your name and company details, with registrant set to you. Credentials are handed over on request, no vendor lock-in.
Do you handle renewals and transfers?
Yes. The same annual rate applies to registrations, renewals and inbound transfers. We'll remind you well before expiry and renew on your behalf so the domain never lapses.
Which TLDs do you support?
Most major TLDs including .com, .net, .org, .co.th, .asia, .io, .ai, .app, .dev, .shop, .store and more. If you need something unusual, just ask.
Can you manage DNS, email and SSL?
Yes. We handle DNS records, MX/email routing, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, SSL provisioning and any third-party integrations (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.) as part of the service.
Do domain and hosting prices include VAT?
Prices are quoted excluding 7% VAT for Thailand-based clients. We invoice in THB and can issue full tax invoices on request.
What is SSL?
We include SSL certificates as standard with all cPanel hosting. SSL secures the connection between your visitor and your website - keeping form data, customer details and payments private.
Print Design
Where is your print produced?
Everything is produced through our long-standing print partners in Pattaya and Bangkok. We handle the brief, design, proofing and press supervision in English, so you avoid the costly disasters that often come with dealing with Thai-language print houses directly.
How much does a logo cost in Pattaya?
Logo design starts from 5,000 THB for a simple wordmark and runs up to a full brand identity system - logo, palette, typography, applications and brand guidelines - on quotation. We deliver every logo in vector format with full ownership transferred to you.
What about name cards and stationery?
Our most popular range is 300gsm full-colour art card with matt PVC laminate on both sides - minimum 100 cards, next-day turnaround available. Spot UV, foil stamping, embossing and custom die-cutting are all available on quotation.
Do you produce menus, brochures and magazines?
Yes - this is one of our busiest areas. We currently produce monthly food and drink menus, corporate brochures and regional magazines for clients across Pattaya. Print-ready files are supplied for press and we deliver online versions for sharing.
Can you handle large-format and signage?
Yes. We design, print and install exterior building signage, offsite signage, interior displays, LED lightboxes, billboards from regular size up to jumbo, and large-format vinyl and paper. We have worked with major property developers in Pattaya for years.
What turnaround should I expect?
Next-day turnaround is available on smaller print runs - name cards, posters, flyers. Mass-volume jobs are typically delivered within seven working days. Magazines and brochures run on a monthly production cycle. Rush work is possible on quotation.
AI for Print
Can I use AI-generated images (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini) for print?
For digital use - web, social, email, screens - usually yes. For print, almost never as-is. AI image tools output raster files at 1024-2048px on the long edge in sRGB colour, which is well below the 300dpi CMYK standard a press needs. We take AI drafts and rework them into print-ready artwork: upscaling, colour-correcting, rebuilding type, and adding bleed and crop marks.
What resolution do AI images actually need to be for print?
Print is measured at 300dpi at final size. A name card at 90x55mm needs roughly 1063x650px, an A4 flyer needs 3508x2480px, and an A3 poster needs 4961x3508px. Most AI tools cap raw output around 2048px, so anything A4 or larger needs AI super-resolution upscaling, manual repainting of fine detail, or a vector rebuild before it can be sent to press.
Why do I need to convert AI images from sRGB to CMYK?
Screens display in sRGB (red, green, blue light). Presses print in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black ink). The two colour spaces don't overlap perfectly - bright sRGB greens, oranges and blues sit outside the CMYK gamut and shift noticeably when printed. We soft-proof your AI artwork in CMYK, adjust the affected areas, and supply a press-ready PDF with the correct ICC profile so what you sign off is what comes off the press.
When do AI images need to be rebuilt as vectors?
Anything large-format or anything that needs to scale - signage, billboards, vehicle wraps, exhibition graphics, building wraps, logos used across multiple sizes. Raster files (including AI output) pixelate when enlarged; vector files don't. We redraw logos, type and key shapes in Illustrator so the artwork holds at any size, from a business card to a 20-metre building wrap.
Why does the text in my AI image look wrong in print?
AI image generators still mangle letterforms, kerning, spelling and small type - it's the single biggest giveaway of AI artwork in print. We strip the generated text out and reset it in real, licensed typefaces at the correct size, tracking and leading, then proof it against your original concept so the finished print reads as intentional rather than approximate.
What should I send you alongside my AI image?
The highest-resolution export you can get from the AI tool (PNG, not a screenshot), the prompt history if you have it, any existing brand assets - logo, fonts, colour codes - and the final print size, quantity and substrate. We come back with a print-ready PDF, a soft proof for sign-off, and a quote for production through our Pattaya and Bangkok print partners.

We also offer Canva templates where that's a better fit for the client.
Why do you use WordPress?
As of 2025, WordPress powers around 43% of all websites and about 66% of CMS-built sites. It's reliable, extensible, SEO-friendly and supported by a huge ecosystem of themes and plugins - suitable for everything from a single-page brochure to a large e-commerce platform.
